  1. Why the PADI IDC Gili Islands with Platinum PADI CD Holly Macleod? For PADI Course Director Holly Macleod it’s not just about running the course and hoping that candidates pass the PADI Instructor Examination; it’s about using her vast experience within the diving Industry to train new Scuba Diving Instructors to a level way beyond that found within the recreational diving Industry. Having over 15 years working in a variety of scuba related jobs and in a variety of global diving destinations Holly has designed the perfect training regime to not only provide new instructors the skills knowledge and confidence to succeed within the exciting and dynamic industry, but to provide a range of tips and techniques on how to effectively deliver the best possible standard of training to future candidates in fun and relaxed way. Experience is a key factor when it comes to taking the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) and in 2017 alone Holly has issued well over 500 Instructor level certifications, 116 of which took the full PADI IDC Gili Islands Program with Holy. Of course having a 100% previous candidate pass rate and an undisputed level of training quality, Holly has been continuously awarded by PADI World Wide and PADI Asia Pacific and the Recreational Diving Industry itself for the pure level of experience and quality training provided by Industry Recognized Multiple Award Winning Platinum PADI Course Director Holly Macleod. Another important factor is the size of the group. Holly usually runs the PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) with around 8 to 10 people which is ideal, but has a great deal of experience running lager group numbers meaning it is easily manages with using a more appropriate schedule and course structure. Over the years Holly has dealt with a varying number a group sizes and uses a philosophy of “the bigger the better” as candidates will receive raw experience of dive training provided by a broader range of dive professionals whilst building upon personal diving social networks For more Information Check out the Latest Reviews!
