  5. First Regional Library System joins MSU-based Mississippi Library Partnership in 2012 Mississippi's largest library consortium now serves 53 libraries in 14 Mississippi counties.

First Regional Library • 691,470 items in the collection + access to materials through the Mississippi Library Partnership • 1,476,037 visitors in FY 2011 • 2772 square miles – 282,974 population • 151,168 registered patrons • 1,323,080 circulation in FY 2011 • Busiest Library System in the State!!
