Future plans • Air or Ground Source Heat Pumps for Pool Heating • Expanding lighting retrofits to take advantage of SEP incentive cycle • HVAC - Roof top units such as catalyst – partnership with SPEED and SCE • Sub-metering to ensure gains achieved remain • Increased solar PV presence on rooftops to complement energy efficiency measures – requires another 423kW to be ZNE on electrical consumption
