  1. P4檢測流程 Protocol for pen side assay of progesterone in cow serum

  2. Blood withdrawn in collection tube is left in horizontal position for 30 minutes, then left vertical for another 30 minutes, till blood clot. (or 3,500g for 10 minutes) Serum sample collected in serum tube.

  3. Pipette 55μl sample from serum tube into Eppendorf reagent tube to solubilize colloid conjugate antibody by gently swirl the tube well. Quantitative dropper or pipette Sample in serum tube Eppendorf tube

  4. This sample solution is incubated for 60 minutes until the reaction reach equilibrium.

  5. Drop 60μl sample solution into the circular hole of cassette from Eppendorf reagent tube using quantative dropper or pipette. Circular hole the sample solution is added

  6. Addition of 60μl diluting buffer in the rectangle window to drive the sample solution flow upward. Rectangle window for diluting buffer

  7. Color lines start to be visualized. Control line Test line
