Exam: The patient does walk with a limp favoring her left knee. There was a trace effusion of the left knee. Mild anterior lateral left knee pain with full flexion. Ligaments were stable. Moderate lateral joint line tenderness which was worse with McMurray testing.Case #8 History and Exam
