MassDEP DWP first Attempt @ Delivering Training to PWS Using the Webinar Format Goals & Objectives include: • Delivering the training to the widest audience • Limiting travel away from your office – saving time & energy (transportation) for the PWS & DWP staff • Allowing operators several formats for viewing the training sessions • Providing a method for a PWS, groups of PWS or a TA Provider to offer training using the Webinar with TCHs • We need your comments & questions on this session

  3. Registration – proctored training (TCHs) • Question Submittal form (provided to all participants • Provided on the training web site • For those seeking TCHs these forms must be submitted to MassDEP by the site proctor(s) • Survey / Evaluation form • Content / Presenter Questions form

  4. If You are Attending a Proctored Training Session - TCHs • You must sign in & sign out on a registration form provided by the PWS / company “hosting” the training – demonstrates participation in the whole training session • You must complete and turn in at the end of the session - The Training Session Evaluation Form • We ask everyone to complete & return the evaluation sheet to DWP / Boston • You must complete and turn in at the end of the session – The Content Presenter Questions Form • Partial TCHs are not given for attending less than the full session

Presentations Presentations are designed to be delivered in the order listed on the agenda Copies of the presentations if you have not already downloaded them (or if other staff at your office are interested) are available on the DEP /DWP Training website Detailed discussions (site specific) on topics covered during the training should be conducted with the DEP Regional contact listed on the slides in your Region for that topic

Questions & Answers • DEP’s Boston Office of the DWP will receive questions on the presentations through the Drinking Water Program – e-mail account  Program.Director-DWP@state.ma.us or forwarded by Site Proctors • The Training Facilitator will direct the Questions to the appropriate Presenter to respond • After receiving answers to questions, the Training Facilitator will update the Q&A sheet on the DEP/DWP Training page weekly: http://www.mass.gov/dep/water/drinking/systems.htm#certop • If you want a direct response to your question please include your e-mail address on your question form
