  3. António Oliveira • 1) First off, can you tell us a bit about yourself? • My name is António Oliveira. I was born in Évora, Portugal in 1973 and currently work as a software developer for several different companies. I have been working as a freelancer for about 3 years now.

  4. António Oliveira • 2) If you would search for your profile on Google, which are the three keywords you would type in the search bar? • Java, IBM Maximo, SQL

  5. António Oliveira • 3) What was your inspiration and when did you actually decide to become a freelancer? • I like new challenges, thus I decided to work as a freelancer. I became my own boss and work now full time as a freelancer.

  6. António Oliveira • 4) What kind of services have your clients asked you to provide? • I work as a Software Developer in all kinds of companies (energy, metal industry, airports, ...)

  7. António Oliveira • 5) Do you use other freelancers or companies to provide skills that you don’t possess? • At the moment, I only work alone.

  8. António Oliveira • 6) Now tell us, how do you find new clients that are interested in your services? • The best way to find new clients is to use the quality of your service. I also get new contact requests from companies who heard about my good work from befriended freelancermap users.
