读片 病例 九. 浙江大学医学院附属第二医院 姚丽锭 提供. 中华放射学分会第十三届全国磁共振年会. 临床资料. 患者 男， 23 岁 主诉：发现腹部肿块 2 月余 体检：右下腹可及一肿块 ，约 15cm×15cm ，质中，表面光滑，活动度差，无明显压痛，未及搏动感. 实验室检查. 血红蛋白 (HGB) 119g/L ↓(131~172g/L) ， D- 二聚体 (D-D) 1712μg/L ↑ (1~330μg/L) ， 余无殊 肿瘤标记物正常. 影像学检查. 2012 年 10 月 25 日 全腹部 CT 增强扫描
