ISSU works in cooperation with Faculty staff and your representative body, SUPRA Free, confidential individual psychological counselling for international students and accompanying family members Qualified and trained counselling psychologists and/or social workers Experienced in working with students from range of language and cultural backgrounds Experienced in working with post-graduate students

  3. ISSU can help with: Visa problems Homesickness Relationship problems Family dependent issues Liaison with faculty staff Adjusting to life in Sydney and at the University

  4. University Counselling Service (UCS) Provides counselling and support for local students Runs workshops for local and international students All postgraduate students can enrol for Semester 1 Workshops on-line on http://sydney.edu.au/counselling

  5. Issues for postgraduate research students: Getting started Maintaining motivation Isolation Supervision issues Writing block

  6. Issues for postgraduate course work students: Time management Exam anxiety Group projects Work-load
