  2. Scopul • Informarea unui numar cit mai mare de femei asupra necesitatii implementarii principiului egalitatii de sanse in toate domeniile

  3. Obiective • Ridicarea nivelului de informare asupra problematicii de gen din satul Pirlita • Imbunatatirea nivelului de implicare a femeilor in viata unei societati informate si democratice

  4. Organizatii implicate • ONG Caroma-Nord, s. Pirlita r. Falesti • WinRock International in Moldova • Pro-Femeia, s. Pirlita r. Falesti • Pro-Cooperare Regionala, Balti

  5. Rezultate • Organizarea de seminare de week-end cu urmatoarele teme: “Legislatie nationala si internationala in domeniul egalitatii de sanse”, “Diferenta sex – gen, roluri de gen, nevoi de gen”, “ Discriminarea”, “Violenta si traficul de femei”, “Comunicare si conflict”,“Managementul stresului si managementul timpului” • Intalniri lunare cu specialisti invitati (psihologi, juristi, medici, femei de succes); discutarea problemelor actuale cu care se confrunta femeile
