  2. Oil and Gas Production/Waste Reporting Website https://www.paoilandgasreporting.state.pa.us/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=/default.aspx Step 1. If you need to request a new password, click on the Forgot Password link.

  3. Step 1. Enter your OGO number Step 2. Enter the code that is displayed. Step 3. Click on the Submit Button.

  4. STEP 1. Enter your answer to the Security Question. STEP 2. Click the Submit Button.

  5. STEP 1. If you answer was incorrect, please try again. NOTE: If you do not know the Security Question answer, click here RA-ep-BOGMOGRE@pa.gov to send an email to request that your account be deleted. When you are notified that your account has been deleted, you must re-register for an account. This is the end of this presentation.

  6. STEP 1. Press the continue button.

  7. New Password for the DEP Oil and Gas Reporting Electronic application has been requestedTo log on to the site, use the following credentials:               OGO Number XXXXX                Password: j0e0GvBs_OavklAfter you login using this new password you may change it under the "Change Password" menu item.Please contact the DEP Help Desk at 717-705-3768 or by e-mail at RA-EPOilandGasRpt@pa.gov for assistance. Thank you for using the DEP Oil and Gas Reporting Electronic application. Step 1. You will received an email similar to the one above from DEP, that contains a temporary password similar to the one above. You will use the password to on the next screen to login.

  8. Step 1. Enter you OGO number Step 3. Click Log In. STEP 2. Enter the password you received in the email. It is easier to copy and paste the password from the email.

  9. STEP 1. Click on Change Password

  10. STEP 1. Enter the password you received in the email. STEP 2. Enter your new password. STEP 3. Re-enter your new password STEP 4. Click on Change Password Button.
