    3. Brief history of Knott Technik-Flex Founded in 1996 as Technik-Flex Kft. Fusion with the Knott-group in 2006 Basic activity: Metal working and Cutting KTL painting 12000 m2 plant ISO 9001:2000 certification in year 2000 Knott Technik-Flex Kft. has two owners: I.: Technik Invest 50% II.: Knott Autoflex 50%

Targets: * to fulfill customer requirements, * to gain their satisfaction, * to receive their orders, * while concentrating on our ongoing improvement potential regarding quality, delivery and service. Everybody has to be aware of the importance of customer satisfaction. It is the responsibility of the management team and every worker to carry out a constant high quality job and doing so to ensure to Deliver Customer Needs.

To improve constantly the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes, to achieve the level "0" reject and "Correct for first time, to meet customer requirements and gain their satisfaction To meet the requirements of the standard ISO/TS 9001:2000. To considere product safety for workers, customers and end users. To minimalize scraps. To review regularly the conformity, effectiveness and efficiency of our Quality Managament systems.
