  2. 796 properties out of a total stock of 1740 • Average system size is anticipated to be 3 kWp • Producing over 2.1M kWh of electricity per annum • Saving 811 tonnes of carbon per annum • Savings per tenant are in the region of £174 a year • Fuel Savings - 29% (assumes 12 pence per unit and average annual household use of 5000 kWh of electricity.
