Milestones(Cont’d) 1984 • Continued expansion of product line with introduction of large vehicle wash system and various rollover accessories/options. 1985 RYKO opened direct branch operation in the UK to enhance market diversification. 1986 Introduction of multi-program vehicle wash system 1987 Direct branch operation opened in the Benelux Added 24,000 sq. ft. to manufacturing facility 1988 The principals of RYKO Manufacturing Co. formed a “sister” corporation, RYKO International Ltd. This corporation serves the international sales/service arm for equipment produced by RYKO Manufacturing Co. The product line continued to expand with the introduction of drive-thru wash systems.

Milestones(Cont’d) 1989 • RYKO opened a direct branch operation in France. • In recognition of market demands in the US, RYKO released a touch free vehicle wash. • Added 21,000 sq. ft. to manufacturing facility. 1994 Added 11,000 sq. ft. to manufacturing facility. 1995 In response to market direction of oil company customers, RYKO introduced a conveyor wash equipment product line. Added 25,000 sq. ft. to manufacturing facility. 1997 RYKO attained ISO 9001 certification. New products in both friction and touch free technology were released. 1998 RYKO established RYKO Italia, Srl and purchased an existing Italian vehicle wash manufacturer.

Continually improving product quality so as to minimize warranty.

Continuous Improvements Through ISO Process • Since 4/97, engineering documentation quality has improved by 50%. • Since 4/97, 585 separate actions have been completed for preventive action. • Since 4/97, 99% of parts orders have shipped on time. • Since 4/97, 98% of whole goods orders have shipped on time. • Since 4/97, 98% of customers report satisfaction with timeliness of shipment and installation process. • Since 4/97, on-time completion of manufacturing work orders has improved by 22%.
