Annual meeting in Budapest 2015 IGeLU Membership Growing membership • As of August 2015: 368 member institutions from 43 countries • New members in 2015 from Australia, China, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Israel Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom and USA • High representation from:United Kingdom (54), USA (32), Italy (29), Germany (27), Australia (23), Sweden (22), France (17), Austria (15), Switzerland (14), Israel and Norway (12), Czech republic (11)

Annual meeting in Budapest 2015 Chair’s Report on IGeLU Activities • Continuing structural changes in the organization: -- further joint Working groups with ELUNA -- integrating former Digitool and Verde activities in Alma PWG • New Development agreement -- First Alma enhancement process in 2015 -- Higher commitment for Primo, new enhancement process for Primo central • Collaboration with Ex Libris -- SaaS environment -- Focus / Advisory group on CKBs, Alma Community zone, Alma UI

Annual meeting in Budapest 2015 Chair’s Report on IGeLU Activities • My report on IGeLU activities since the last conference as well as the final budget for 2014 and draft budgets for 2015 and 2016 in your conference folder • Short report in Session 4: IGeLU Update and Assembly of Members in the afternoon • Please attend the session – your approval of the report and the budgets is needed!

Annual meeting in Budapest 2015 Voting on the Steering Committee and Chair 2015: two open positions on Steering Committee and Chair • The terms of Mark Dehmlow and Peter Klien have expired • My last term as Chair also expired • Candidates: Theo Engelman for Chair (if elected then 3 open positions on the Steering Committee), Tracey V. Clarke, Mark Dehmlow and Shameem Nilofar for SC • Candidacy open until the Assembly of members in the afternoon

Annual meeting in Budapest 2015 Voting procedure • Today, during the day: pick up your voting slips and the proxy votes at the registration desk • Today, in the afternoon at 14.30 during the Assembly of Members: - Introduction of the candidates - Voting on the Chair position starts immediately during and after the session • Voting for Steering Committee positions starts on Thursday after announcing the results of the Chair election and continues until Friday 12.00 (voting box at the registration desk) • Friday afternoon at 16:00 during the Closing Session: - Announcement of the results of the elections for the Steering committee

Annual meeting in Budapest 2015 Organisational issues • Collecting presentations:deliver your presentation at the registration desk any time before the session, otherwise please save it in folder “IGeLU 2015” in the room of your session • Ex Libris Product and Support Consultation RoomOpen throughout the conference (Room A 227) • Social event on the boat “Táncsics” on the River Danube tomorrow from 19.00 – 21.30, embarking at "Vigadó tér" (details see conference booklet or website) • Developers Day on Saturday at the Academy of sciences
