A Day in the Life…
  • Being an Event Coordinator requires a very wide range of duties. Everyday I come to work, I never know what might be in store for me that day. The Country Club industry is very dynamic. On a normal day I spend time working on my event contracts. Throughout the day, I field calls about potential events and also check on any outstanding invoices. I work with the golf department on any tournament needs and work with the F&B department on food or beverage needs. On days when I have events, I spend a majority of my time with the event making sure that the clients expectations are being met and also that the club’s expectations are maintained.
