  3. Student Body A national Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) youth peer education program that helps young people learn to eat right, be fit, and make healthy choices

  4. Student Body Goals To help young people make informed, responsible decisions about their health. To provide youth opportunities to teach others and to develop healthy lifestyles, as well as communication and leadership skills.

  5. Why Get Involved??? Take the lead. Improve health habits. Make a positive difference. Learn skills. Take action. Have fun!

  6. Student Body Steps Learn Investigate Work with Others Create a Project Evaluate, Share, and Report Results

  7. Eat Right Explore good nutrition, eating disorders, healthy snacks, supplements, vegetarianism, and more.

  8. Be Fit Take action related to lifelong exercise habits, obesity, sports training, and other topics.

  9. Make Healthy Choices Choose a positive lifestyle by avoiding drugs, alcohol and tobacco; managing stress; building self-esteem; and practicing good character.
