Submitting Your PSA • Apart from a few specific guidelines, the production of your short film or video is entirely up to your team. • Let your creative juices run wild, have fun, but remember to stick to a positive message of hope. • You need to submit a 2 minute, 1 minute and 30 second version. • Videos can be submitted in DVD format. • Video must be completed by January 31, 2013. • Video will be judged and awards determined by April 30, 2013

How Will the Concepts Be Judged? • Thoroughness of submission, primarily how detailed is the concept, script, etc. • How well the concepts conveyed a positive message • How well the concepts inform the audience • Creative and artistic content • Narrative quality • Falls within media recommendations and safe messaging guidelines
