Special Opportunities • Mountain Treks • - Backpacking expedition for 14-20 year olds. • Unique 5-day backcountry experience exclusive to PTC family program • Hiking itineraries are customized according to the skills of the individuals • Every night is spent at a staffed backcountry camp • - Participants engage in the same activities as traditional treks • NAYLE (National Advanced Youth Leadership Experience) • A co-ed, outdoor-based training in leadership and teamwork for 14-20 year olds. • One week program at Rocky Mountain Scout Camp, the foothills of the Tooth of Time • Motivates participants to help others succeed through servant leadership • Encourages ethical decision-making based on the Scout Oath & Scout Law, using positive reinforcement, and practicing servant leadership throughout life.
