  8. Spiritual Adultery • James 4:4-5 – • “Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not now that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.”

  9. Spiritual Adultery • Hosea 3:1-5 – • “Then the Lord said to me, “Go again, love a woman who is loved by a lover and is committing adultery, just like the love of the Lord for the children of Israel, who look to other gods and love the raisin cakes of the pagans.”

  10. Sin No More… UNFAITHFUL • Spiritual Adultery • Not Continuing in God’s Covenant

  11. Not Continuing in God’s Covenant • Hebrews 8:9 – • “they did not continue in My covenant, and I disregarded them, says the Lord”

  12. Not Continuing in God’s Covenant • Ezekiel 18:24 – • “if a righteous man turns away from his righteousness… all the righteousness which he has done shall not be remembered; because of the unfaithfulness of which he is guilty and the sin which he has committed, because of them he shall die.”

  16. Departing from God • II Peter 2:20-22 – • “For if, after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the beginning.”
