  1. Take-Away Message • AK will primarily rely on Triggered Monitoring. • No significant change in sampling from current TCR . • If a system has a hot bacti, it will be required to take 1 repeat sample from the source. If that is E. coli +, it will need to take 5 additional repeats from the source. • Assessment Source Monitoring • AK will use this risk-based option when it is appropriate. • Sanitary Surveys • Changes frequency for CWS to every 3 years (every 5 years for outstanding performers). • Corrective Actions Options • Correct all significant deficiencies. • Provide alternative source of water. • Eliminate source of contamination. • Provide treatment that reliably achieves at least 4-log treatment of viruses.
