Emissions Discussion Group Closeout • Projects to cooperate/coordinate on in 2004 • CERR – states/RPOs to communicate with EPA about what to expect up through May 2004, around July - EPA to summarize which jurisdiction submitted what EI sector data, and issues identified • Emissions Projections • Coordination across RPO “lines” • Cost input data • Methods • BART Rule • Results of §812 Study

Emissions Discussion Group Closeout • Remaining Issues / Action Items – • Closure on Ammonia EI improvements (MWRPO, EPA, WRAP) • Issue Wildfire RFP • Need CENRAP representative on steering committee • Need Canada / Mexico Wildfire (+other fire) EIs • Consider how to disperse U.S. gap-filled and Mexico/Canada fire emissions • Timing for inclusion in 2002 NEI - Phase I preliminary, Phase 2 final • RPOs need to consider use of Wildfire EI data from across RPO boundaries • Point source controls/costs and additional technical data • Area source data for 2002 CERR submittals – zero means zero, not missing • Implementation of Data Exchange Protocol and model-ready files
