Cycle of Information • Threat of or actual event occurs • Email notification to MEHC • MEHC invitation to conf call if event warrants (Planning P) • Acceptance of invite is signature of meeting attendance • Conference Call (weather update/situation update/MEHC reports) • Detail reports from MEHC membership emailed into MEHC coord./asst. to capture in minutes. • End of shift cycle----meeting minutes/ESF-8 Situational Awareness report emailed out to MEHC partnership. • IAP/next day meeting invite sent
