  1. Flexpert Bellows Flexpert Bellows Pvt Ltd is established in 1992,exclusively with the prime object to manufacture the world - class expansion bellows, has now become a recognized and globally accepted provider of flexible piping systems exporting to more than 40+ countries with a wide installation base covering almost all industrial sectors including and as diverse as nuclear power and space programs.

  2. Axial Expansion Joint Axial Expansion Joints are the simplest type of expansion joints using a single bellows unit. The thermal expansion of a straight pipe line section between two fix points can be absorbed by axial expansion joints with a relatively compact build-in length. These Axial Expansion Joints have a further advantage of not imposing a change in the direction of flow. Where small thermal movements are involved and where proper anchoring and guiding are possible, single axial bellows provide the most economical solution. Benefits of Axial Expansion Joints Absorbs large amount of lateral movements in any direction. Eliminates Pressure Thrust Loads Absorbs the thermal growth of the piping between the tie rod attachments. Hinged Expansion Joints

  3. Lateral Expansion Joint The Lateral Expansion Joints also called as Tied Universal or Tied Lateral Expansion Joints and are used to absorb lateral deflection and angular rotation. When are close to control of movement is not necessary or shear loading is not present a tied universal expansion joint or Lateral Expansion Joint can be used in place of Hinge expansion joint or Gimbal Expansion Joint. Benefits of Lateral Expansion Joint Absorbs large amount of lateral movements in any direction. Eliminates Pressure Thrust Loads Absorbs the thermal growth of the piping between the tie rod attachments.

  4. Hinged Expansion Joint Hinged Expansion Joints are used to absorb angular movement when it occurs in only one plane. They are also called as Angular Expansion Joints or Hinged Bellow Benefits of Hinged Expansion Joint MEDIUM TEXT Absorbs Thermal Growth in Piping Protects Adjacent Piping & Equipment's

  5. Universal Expansion Joint The Universal Expansion Joints consist of two bellows elements joined together by a common spool piece so it is also called as Double Bellows Expansion Joint or Universal Bellows. An Universal Expansion Joint is generally used where more lateral movement is to be absorbed which is beyond the capacity of a single Axial Expansion Joint and when there is a limitation on the amount of lateral forces allowed by the connecting pipe system. Benefits of Universal Expansion Joint Absorbs large axial movements Lateral deflection and angular rotation or any combination of these No change in flow direction required installation

  6. Gimbal Expansion Joint Gimbal Expansion Joints are used to absorb angular rotation in any plane, using two pairs of hinges attached to a common floating gimbal ring. This type of construction provides a close control over the movement imposed up on the bellows and also supports the dead weight of the pipe. Benefits of Gimbal Expansion Joint Absorbs angular movements is all planes and angular rotation or any combination of these Eliminates pressure thrust loads Positive control over movements

  7. Inline Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints In-line pressure balanced expansion joints are designed to absorb externally imposed axial movement without imposing pressure loading on the system. This is accomplished by using two bellows both at line pressure tied together and acting in opposite directions. It is used where pressure loading on the piping or equipment is not acceptable. While the joint balances out the pressure forces , the force required to move the joint itself is not balanced. Benefits of Inline Pressure Balanced Expansion Joint Eliminates pressure thrust loads Conservers space Eliminates main anchors

  8. Elbow Pressurized Balanced Expansion Joint An Elbow Pressure Balanced Expansion Joints is designed to absorb externally imposed axial movement without imposing pressure loading on the system. This is accomplished by using two bellows both at line pressure tied together and acting in opposite directions. It is used where pressure loading on the piping or equipment is not acceptable. Benefits Reduce / eliminate costs for fix points. Balance the system. Reduce piping costs. Reduce external loads on connected equipment

  9. Externally Pressurized Expansion Joint An Externally Pressurized Expansion Joint takes pressure from the outside of the bellows element rather than on the inside as in a conventional expansion joint Benefits Weight reduction. Cost reduction. Reduce engineering and design complexity to piping systems. Better flexibility for piping layout.
