Semestered Schools • Courses offered on a half-year basis • Generally, 8 subjects in two blocks: - 4 subjects from September to January - other 4 subjects from February to June • Exams for the first semester are near the end of January and second semester begins at the end of January or early February. • There is an EQAO Math test at the end of the semester that math is taken in Grade 9.
