  2. What engage looks like at Mill Park Heights Schools open their doors to a diverse range of people. Many visitors are invited to take a tour of the school and other learning spaces. When vistors leave the school they take with them a particular impression of how the school operates, the type of learning environments that have been created and what they believe the school values. If a professional colleague or critical friend was asked to undertake a tour of your school, what would they see and what judgements would they make about what is considered important in the work of the school?
