  1. Supplementary Table S4 The table below shows the typical monosaccharide compositions for 100% healthy and 100% disease state for both colon and lung (Table 4 in the manuscript). The table also includes example structures that fit the “profile” each. The ms/ms spectra for these structures are presented in the manuscript (Figure 3, colon and Figure 6 lung). The most striking fact is the change from Core 3/4 type structures in the healthy lung to Core 2 type structures in the inflammatory CF samples.
