  8. PATIENT FOCUS Mrs X (Stoke on Trent) message to Chief Executive. "When she was on holiday in Edinburgh at the beginning of the year she fell and fractured her femur. She was treated really well in Ward 6 and was delighted this morning when Sister Farquar telephoned to ask how she was doing. She was very impressed by this and appreciates it very much and was to pass on her thanks to those concerned."
