Clinical Case A 67y old man with DM and HTN Anorexia, weight loss (8kg), early satiety and intermittent melena during the last 3 months Phys Exam: Paleness, mild tachycardia (100), epigastric tenderness CBC: mild leukocytosis (11,500) with 78% ANC. mild anemia (Hb=11.7) with low MCV/MCH SMA: normal aside of slight elevation of LDH (500)
