1、判断主动句还是被动句的关键是看谓语与主语之间的关系。如果谓语动词所表示的动作是主语发出的是主动句,否则是被动句。
  • 例如:We often play basketball。(此句中的play“打”这个动作是主语we“我们”来完成,因此是主动句。
    • The baby is looked after very well.(此句的主语baby“婴儿”不能完成looked after“照顾”这个动作,而是被别人照顾,因此是被动句。

2.被动语态的形式:
  • 1)被动语态的基本形式为“助动词be + 动词的过去分词”构成即(be done) 。
  • 被动语态的不同时态是通过助动词be的时态变化来体现的,其人称和数方面应与主语保持一致。我们需要掌握的被动句型是:

  • 一般现在时的被动语态:

2)被动语态的否定式:在第一个助动词后加not构成
  • 例如:The letter was not written last night.
  • 3、主、被动语态的相互转换:
  • 主、被动句的转换可分为三个步骤:
  • 第一步:将主动句的宾语变为被动句的主语。
  • 第二步:将主动句的动词变为被动语态的形式即“be+动词的过去分词”。
  • 第三步:将主动句的主语变为被动句的宾语,前面要加by。

  • 注意:1、by短语可以省略。2、如果是人称代词要相应的变为主格或宾格。如图:
