  2. Crime • Will get money by taxing the wealthy to hire more police officers • Create programs to inform teens on how to defend themselves and programs to keep teens out of gangs • Increase the penalties for committing major crimes

  3. Gun Control • Increase strictness of background checks • Allow firearms to be owned by everyone who passes the background check • Crack down on illegally owned firearms

  4. Schooling • Repair worn down schools and build new schools to supply necessary attention to the kids • Increase taxes to earn money for repairs and construction

  5. Unemployment • Bring the auto industry back to Flint • Will hire more police officers, giving more jobs with very little requirements necessary • Adding a new government building will give construction jobs and jobs to qualified individuals when the building is finished

  6. Health care • Make health care affordable to people who can not pay for it individually, NOT universal healthcare • Everybody should have equal opportunity to get health care • Money will come from tax on wealthy

  7. Conclusion • Reduce crime by increasing police force, creating programs to inform, and increasing penalties • Control firearms with background checks, more accesebility for qualified buyers, and crack down on illegally owned firearms • Increase quality of schooling by repairing old schools and building new ones • Fix unemployment by creating jobs in auto industry, police force, and government buildings • Solve healthcare problem by giving it to people who are in need, not universal, and giving grants to hospitals • Most of the money required to carry out these solutions will be acquired by increasing tax rate on the wealthy
