  3. EXECUTION OF THE PROJECT • When: started October 1st • Where: various stores in the community to collect donations • How: Created a form letter with our purpose and the benefits of the donations

  5. CHALLENGES: Managing school work with project Collecting 12 of each item Corporations • SUCCESSES: Giving store manager a proposition • FAILURES: Not meeting deadline • IMPROVEMENTS: Give store manager enough time in advance
