  11. Outsourcing Scenario: • Steve is a good writer and is proficient in Microsoft Office products, speaking on the phone and general office duties. She lives in Los Angles, CA and gets paid $15 per hour and needs to earn at least that much to afford her expenses. • HOWEVER: • Safu has these skills (very similar), too.
