BARRIERS & OPPORTUNITIES China-Russia Customs Cooperation China national companies and member company representatives from QBPC, CIPR and INTA met with senior Customs officials from China and Russia in Beijing for an open discussion and exchange of information on the problem of the transit of counterfeit products between China and Russia

  3. POTENTIAL & PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS Follow-up CIPR and INTA hosted a roundtable discussion in Moscow to continue the dialogue at a “country level”

  4. PRIORITIES FOR ACTION Continued and increased cooperation between China and Russia Customs with the support and engagement of interested rights holders

  5. DELIVERABLES • China Customs shares it’s “best practices” with Russia Customs • “On location” trainings with both countries’ customs officials and rights holders. • Increased exchange of information between parties to ensure most effective “risk analysis”
