Transport • Access to information/controleonpay • ImmediatelyConciliationbetweenEmployer and Union if an unorganisedsubcontractor (not covered by a collective agreement) takes part in a contract • Commonunderstandingonhow to handle Carpotage Transport • Coorperation to demandstrongercontrol from the Authorities

Building and Construction • The Collective partners agree, that all work in the Sectorshouldbecovered by collective agreement • All companiesshouldensure, thatsubcontractorsarecovered by a collective agreement • To prevent Social Dumping, Employers and Unions set up a commonCommittee to develop and organise the fight against Social Dumping

Building and Construction • ”48 hour meeting” • Imideately ConciliationbetweenEmployer and Union in cases where an unorganisedsubcontractor is part in a contract • Access to all relevant information aboutpay etc. • If the collective agreement isn’trespected, the responsiblecontractor must take action against the subcontractor • Noemployedmaybeforced to buy ”services” as part of a employmentcontract

  7. Horticulture, Agriculture and Forestry • ConciliationbetweenEmployer and Union in cases where an unorganisedsubcontractor is part in a contract • Corporation to prevent social dumping and ensurecoverage by Collective Agreements • Agreement onpay and otherworkingconditions for foreigntrainees
