Then infuse them for 4 to 5 hours, otherwise 2 hours should be enough to get enough flavor. • Try and use organic produce as you will be drinking that water. If you are not using the organic produce, do remove the peel and rind of the fruits and vegetables to avoid drinking pesticides. Store it in a pitcher or for a quick drink in a mason jar. • Always try and carry your infused water bottle with you. This way it reminds you to drink water always and even fills up your tummy.
