If your company would like booth presence in more than one village, this is possible but priority for expansion will be given to other demonstration teams in the village first. Please let Patty know if you would like to add additional space to your booth so she can make the necessary changes on the floor plan.   Also, please let Patty know if you are planning to have any vehicle displays within the village.  Space is limited and this needs to be sorted out ASAP.

Demo 1 Team Members and Role: Toyota Hideki Hada, Toyota Demo Iteration Duration = 30-min loop: OCCC, I-4 North, International Drive, OCCC Resources or data access not yet arranged Willing DSRC capable participants Demo vehicles provided by Toyota Safety Demo S1 – Toyota: Universal Collision Advisory • Demo: Universal Collision Advisory: 360 degree collision advisory (V2V) • Congress attendees ride in Toyota vehicles (operated by Toyota personnel) and experience application on surface roads as well as expressways. • 360 degree protection with one application • This demonstration can be executed by two DSRC-equipped vehicles prepared by Toyota but more DSRC-vehicles are always welcome. All Vehicles are equipped with 5.9GHz DSRC technology

Demo 2 Team Members and Role: GM Demo Primary POC: Don Grimm, GM Demo Iteration Duration = 15 minutes Resources or data access not yet arranged The demo will occur in the World Congress parking lot and possibly limited activity on nearby roadway, if roadside units are available Test Vehicles – GM provided vehicles Safety Demo S3 – GM: Portable Device Integration Parking lot space required is 200 meter length by 2 lanes, with 50 meter crossing space at the end for an intersection scenario. • Demo Description: • Traffic Advisories – 360 Degree driver awareness features (V2V) • Roadway Advisories – Curve Ahead, Construction Zone (V2I) • Pedestrian/Cyclist Awareness (V2P) • Congress attendees will ride in GM vehicles (operated by GM personnel) and will experience a variety of V2X-based driver assistance features in the World Congress parking lot area.

Demo Team Members and Role: Denso Econolite Demo Primary POC: Frank Provenzano, Econolite Demo Iteration Duration = 30 minutes Practice time: One week before show start, like to install intersection equipment at least 30-60 days before the show start. Arranged to use three (3) signalized intersections near the convention center parking lot to stage their demonstrations. Will provide own vehicles. Open to using coach buses to accommodate a larger audience. • Demo takes place along international drive • Exact intersection location not determined at this time • Resources or data access not yet arranged • Network interconnectivity between intersections and conventions center and exhibit floor • City of Orlando and/or Florida DOT to close the signalized intersections and connected roadway for a couple of hours during the day to safely perform our IntelliDrive demonstrations Safety Demo S5 – Econolite: Intersection Safety and Mobility • Demo Description: • Green Wave • Traffic data is collected by traffic controller from IntelliDrive-enabled vehicles, changes to the green light extensions • Displaying in-vehicle notifications, we can also post the optimal speed for driving through the corridor on green light • Crash Avoidance • Notifications for blind-spot inhabitants, forward and cross path collision warnings, and red light violations are combined to present a safe driving experience • Traffic Data Management (Traveler Information) Systems • Using Econolite’s Autoscope video vehicle detection system to determine traffic patterns and collect valuable traffic data All Vehicles are equipped with 5.9GHz DSRC technology

It also addresses more expedient vehicle safety inspections as well as driver verification. • Commercial Vehicle Probe Data • Commercial Vehicle Traveler Information • Driver Credential Verification • Wireless Roadside Inspection • Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Vehicle V2V • Attendees ride in Commercial Vehicle and passenger vehicles: witness enhanced CV travel. There will likely be a computer at the Parking lot loading area that will show data received from the vehicle. All Vehicles are equipped with 5.9GHz DSRC technology

Richardson, Raytheon Demo Iteration Duration = 5 to 15 minutes Resources or data access not yet arranged 120v AC power at IBG deployment location Private network connection between IBG equipment and Raytheon booth inside pavilion Demo vehicle (1) used as-is for joint demonstration of IBG V2V collision avoidance support DSRC/BSM-V2V equipped vehicle of TBD OEM Unequipped vehicle provided by Raytheon (stock rental) IBG deployment location with field of view Safety Demo S9 – Raytheon: “IBG for V2V” • Demo S9: “IBG for V2V” Description • Raytheon “Infrastructure BSM Generator” (IBG) equipment is deployed on existing infrastructure (light or utility pole) in the parking lot demo area. • Raytheon seeks to partner with an OEM that will be demonstrating V2V BSM collision avoidance • Staged scenario will be a 90° intersection collision with one equipped and one unequipped vehicle • Raytheon’s IBG will detect the unequipped vehicle and broadcast a BSM to the equipped vehicle • The equipped vehicle is able to avoid the collision Open/flexible for demonstration location that works best for ITSA and potential OEM partners… Also open to FDOT SunGuide connection to receive IBG-provided BSM data…

Mobility Demo M1 - Sensys Networks: ATT Arterial Travel Times Demo 1 Team Members and Role: Sensys Networks will provide wireless sensors along International Drive to provide real-time travel times. Demo Iteration Duration = 5 minutes Resources or data access not yet arranged - ATT output can be integrated into SunGuide, if approved, and can “drive” DMS if desired by FDOT. - Access to DMS on I-Drive - Installation of wireless communications equipment and wireless sensors to capture data used to provided ATT. - Demo vehicles: None needed, but can ride on Lynx buses or self-guided tour of International Drive. • Demo 1: Arterial Travel Times Description • Attendee will be able to see arterial travel times, gathered through wireless sensors along International Drive, through computers at pavillion. ATT Proposed Route

Mobility Demo M2 - GEWI: LHW Local Hazard Warning Demo 2 Team Members and Role: GEWI will provide the software, vehicle and in-vehicle navigation devices to demonstrate LHW Additionally, GEWI is able to demonstrate additional applications, including Traffic Flow and Prediction, Parking, Weather, Congestion Travel Times, Public Transportation Information and/or Road Traffic Messages, if so desired, with access to data for same. Demo Primary POC: GEWI Demo Iteration Duration = 5 minutes Resources or data access not yet arranged - Service vehicle (i.e., RR, etc.) Wireless communication between LHW vehicle and in-vehicle navigation device in demo vehicle. Demo vehicle: Will provide. • Demo 2: Local Hazard Warning • Attendees will be able to see, via In-vehicle navigation devices, local hazard warnings that are specific to roadway, location and direction of travel. An alert will be given with enough advance notice for the driver to take appropriate measures, based on the type of alert. Attendees will have the option of riding along, or can see the alerts via monitor at pavillion. • Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I) Integration with the data provided by FDOT via RSEs is also being considered to illustrate the value of the Connected Vehicles modification to SunGuide. Mobility Demo M3-Iteris: Bluetooth-Based Arterial Travel Times Demo 3 Team Members and Role: Iteris/Savari is providing the equipment and interface Demo Primary POC: Iteris/Savari Demo Iteration Duration = 5 minutes Resources or data access not yet arranged Local equipment will be deployed at the targeted intersections so will need access and space from maintaining agency to install a small enclosure on traffic signal poles. May need backhaul Ethernet connectivity at some locations not using 3G. Large LCD monitor with wireless laptop connection will be provided by team members. Demo vehicles: None needed. • Demo 3: Bluetooth-Based Arterial Travel Times • Attendees will be introduced to bluetooth arterial travel times via a brief overview presentation in the pavilion. Additionally, a brief demonstration will show the results of calculating travel times on the John Young Parkway between I-4 and Central Florida Pkwy, including real-time data, as well as historical comparisons. The demonstration will also show the number of bluetooth “reads” occurring at individual locations, as well as “successful pairings” at separate locations.   36. Mobility Demo M4: Alcatel-Lucent: TeleportReal-time Travel Time Management Demo 4 Team Members and Role: Alcatel-Lucent is providing all aspects of demonstration. An Alcatel-Lucent LTE truck will be located in the parking lot to provide backhaul of data to the village pavilion and to the exhibition booth. Demo Primary POC: Alcatel-Lucent Demo Iteration Duration = 5 minutes Resources or data access not yet arranged Pole or structure to install wireless devices (Bluetooth readers) Access to power for the installed devices as well as LTE equipment Section of the road in a parking lot to drive vehicles Access to LTE frequency for the purpose of the demo If LTE frequencies cannot be used then an alternate reliable high speed wireless network to connect to the server at the pavilion will be needed. Internet access needed A location in the parking lot to place the LTE truck Demo vehicles: Will provide as needed. • Demo 4: Teleport Real-time Travel Time Management • Attendees can ride in passenger vehicles and participate in the demonstration by carrying a personal cell phone or Bluetooth device. Attendees will be able to receive tweets of the traffic information, as well as interact with an enhanced GUI that will display rich features such as Travel Time Information based on Route Selection on Maps, among many others. Real-time Traffic information with data received from the devices will be displayed at the pavilion as well as live trials in progress will be showcased. • An LTE truck with a mast (for the antenna), placed at the parking lot will provide backhaul of data to the pavilion and to the exhibition booth. Attendees will be able to view the LTE system in the truck. • The red dots depict the location of the sensors that need to be installed • It is assumed the light poles are located there along with power access • The green square will be the start of the test drive near the viewing area • The purple rounded rectangle will be the finish of the test drive near the • viewing area • The black line across the perimeter shows the route for the demo. • The Alcatel-Lucent LTE truck will be placed in the center of the parking lot (exact location • to be determined). Data gathered from the demo will be backhauled using LTE, for • display at the pavilion and in the Alcatel-Lucent exhibition booth.

  37. Demo 1 Team Members and Role: Ayers Electronic Systems, LLC is providing embedded software, and ATPA TCIP standard interfaces. LYNX’s Mentor Engineering Automatic Vehicle Location System will provide real-time vehicle tracking LYNX is helping to integrate with active system. Demo Primary POC: Doug Jamison/LYNX The demonstration is planned to run continuously during the conference Resources or data access not yet arranged Access to floor space, power, and communications at the airport & convention center.
