Why Safe2Dose? • Why are Customers demanding Closed Loop Systems like Safe2Dose? • Closed Loop with two layers of protection – product packaging and dispenser • Reduces likelihood of spills and waste • 2L bottle reduces likelihood of injuries – both splash, exposure and WC claims (weight) • Improves dispensing • Points towards LEED Certification

Installation of Safe2Dose • Arrives with everything you need to install • Mount T-Bar to wall – two screws • Line up dispenser and cabinets and lock in place with black latches • Screw in additional screws for cabinets • Tracks allow many different configurations • Run tubes to cabinets, connect water • Apply labels

  7. Color Coding of Safe2Dose • Label on bottle is color coded, icon coded, and number coded • Matches the cap in the dispenser • Matches label on cabinet door • Matches the color label surrounding the product use selection knob

  8. Operation of Safe2Dose • Serves 4 high flow products – 3.5 gallons/minute for bucket fill • Serves 4 low flow products – 1 gallon/minute for bottle fill • Metering tips • Predetermined based on product • Tips are the same as the Zep 481 Foamer Tip Kit

  9. Operation of Safe2Dose • Bottle Fill • 1 gallon/minute • One handed operation • Lift bottle and depress lever to fill bottle • Automatically shuts off when bottle is removed • Drip pan to prevent spills

  10. Operation of Safe2Dose • Bucket Fill • 3.5 gallon/minute • Six foot hose comes with dispenser • Put hose in bucket and press “Bucket Fill Button” • Can be locked in place with one push release to prevent overfills

  11. Service of Safe2Dose • Front plate on dispenser pops off • Different from ZDS • Internal controls pop out • No O-Rings • No foot valves to change out
