Definitions: • Marketing is the activity, set of institutions, and processes for creating, communicating, delivering, and exchanging offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners, and society at large. • Marketing is the process of communicating the value of a product or service to customers or prospects, for the purpose of selling that product or service.
