  4. Wednesday, May 19, 2010 Winter Hucho hucho from Kupa river - C&R ( This beautiful Hucho hucho has been caught in river Kupa at this winter. Happy fisherman is Jure Ramovž, and fish is 93 cm long. This catch was recorded and will be a part of DVD movie about Kupa walley. Congratulations to Jure, especially for releasing the fish back to the river! This fish is evidence that our beautiful river Kupa has some real beasts inside.

  9. Ovdje živi 45 vrsta riba, među njima je i mladica (Hucho hucho) - ugrožena vrsta u Hrvatskoj i Europi Ovaj dio toka je jedno od posljednjih mrjestilišta ribe mladice u Hrvatskoj. Brana će joj onemogućiti migracije, a akumulacija potopiti pogodna staništa za mrijest.
