  2. Planfor Science & Mathematics Exhibition On 4th Dec.2011, students along with Science and Mathematics teachers will come on their normal time. Other teachers are most welcome but no compulsion.

  3. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO GRAPHY INCHARGE: HITESH MASHWARI Recording: Kanti Bhai Students of class XI and XII will be involved.(names will be given to in-charge) TEACHERS ARE REQUESTED TO BRING THEIR CAMERA FOR THIS PURPOSE and give it to Hitesh Mashwari

Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Students form class 3 to 10 will come and few students from class 11 and 12 will also come for the exhibition.(Normal time) Only class 6 has Business city. Other classes have their Science and Mathematics Exhibition. Class 6 students have their Science Exhibition later decided by the respective subject teachers. (Perposed) One banner indicating the process and benefits of business city will be prepared by C.M. Panchal guided by Subject teachers

  6. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Science and Mathematics committee will request the pre - primary section to inform parents and kids to come and enjoy the exhibition and delicious food in business city.

  7. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Chief Guest for exhibition :_____________ (Decided by Principal sir and Co-ordinators) They will inform the programe for the chief guest to the committee. Bouquet for the chief guest-Dhatri G. Gift : Medicinal plant (Tulsi) pot will be decorated by Dhatri G. Refreshment for chief guest - Viraj V. Chief guest visit the exhibition with Principal sir and co –ordinators.

  8. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Judges for exhibition:1st - Viraj V. (invitation by science committee), 2nd- Pallavi D. (invitation by Rashida H.), 3rd - Kshama (invitation by Falguni S.), 4th – Visiting maths teacher for 11 and 12 Their timing will be decided by Viraj V. Marking Performa will be prepared by Committee. Gift & bouquet : Medicinal plant pot will be decorated by Dhatri G. Refreshment by Viraj V.

  9. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Prize : Prize and position announcement will be done during Annual day. It should be kept secret; even science and mathematics committee will not know about it.

Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Business City (Class 6 students) In-charges: Event Manager: Puneet Mishra (8:00 am), Discipline : Harpal Singh (8:00) Subject information: Alaka C. regularly Nisha Trividi/Aniket G.: Occassionally Guide line about what to do and what not to do will be given by Alaka C. – also regarding number of helper staff requried. We will try to make Business City Eco- friendly.

  11. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Welcoming visitors & May I help U Counter. (At the entrance only one entrance will be there) Falguni S. and Laxmi R. (Near Science Park so they manage both science park along with registration of parents when they go out of the school) Banner for may I help U counter? - Urvi A.

  12. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition REFRESHMENTS School will provide refreshments only for the chief guest and judges and not for the students as school is organising Business city on that day.

Displaying by : Youth Club If any teacher/student want to show ppt/project/talk show: Pravin Panchal (Perposed) Committee request Computer Deptt., Sports Committee, Pre primry section to give ppt. which we want to display in MPH.

  14. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Infrastructure for exhibition: Kanji Bhai Tables, Chairs, Extra pins for electrical projects, etc. Committee members are requested to submit the list of requirements to Mukti Nath Singh or Srijit Pallai or Vincy T. before wednesday.

Nisha T. and Ayasha arrangements and preparation, rules for games and competitions for visitors. Vincy T. , Falguni S. Aniket G. classroom arrangements.(3 – 7) Srijit and Mukti classroom arrangements.(8 – 10)

  21. Plan for Science & Mathematics Exhibition Alka C. and Aruna S. Business city arrangements. Anaga S., Muktinath , Rashida H. and Pravin P. will take a look of over all preparation on 2nd Dec. 2011. Pravin Panchal / Nisha T./Vincy T.will guide the students – how to describe the science park instruments. Performa for Marking exhibition projects: Anaga S., Pravin P., Rashida H., Vincy T. Other members can give suggestion.
