  4. Stock Criteria • Can judge any problem • Only worth one point • Which solution will be the safest to implement?

  5. Modified Stock • Starts out as stock and then includes some information about the group or location impacted • May only use that additional info once • Do not use ‘so that’ • Modified stock is worth two points

  6. Target Criteria • Specific to the underlying problem • It cannot judge anything else • Worth three points
