  2. 15-1 电子邮件系统的工作原理 1.邮件服务器的体系结构 • 邮件传输代理(MTA): 服务器端程序,负责节点间的邮件传送和接受.如:Exchange;Sendmail等 • 邮件用户代理(MUA): 客户端程序,负责邮件的本地接收、处理和投放.如:Outlook Express;Mail等

  3. 2.发送和接收邮件的过程 • 发送邮件: (1).发件人编辑邮件并通过MUA发送邮件至发送 邮件服务器 (2).如果收件人是远程用户，发送邮件服务器查找 DNS服务器,找到接收邮件服务器IP地址 (3).发送邮件服务器根据查询结果通过SMTP发送 邮件到接收邮件服务器

  4. 接收邮件: 收件人利用POP或IMAP协议连接到接收邮件服务器下载或直接读取电子邮件
