  1. Inner Want an exciting career in the health care industry? American Health Care is looking for 10 dedicated youth to award scholarships to. To qualify you must be 17-18 years old with no criminal record. American Health Institute is offering a 5 week CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) Preparation course with a diploma as a Home Health Aide. Courses are offered two days a week with American Health Institute assisting with the costs of books and scrubs. Students must provide their own transportation – car pooling maybe available.   2. Inner Home Health aides help elderly, convalescent, or disabled persons live in their own homes instead of in a health care facility. Under the direction of nursing or medical staff, They provide health-related services, such as assisting with oral medications. Like nursing aides, home health aides may check patient’s pulse rate, temperature, and respiration rate; help with simple prescribed exercises; keep patient’s room neat; and help patients to move from bed, bathe, dress and groom. Home Health Aides earn around $25,000 per year. (Economic Research Institute) It’s easy to apply! Write a 500 word essay as to why you would be a great candidate for this opportunity.
