What do we traditionally grow in our area?

Distinguished with regard to food quality brands, the

Vallès Occidental has the beans with PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and the Beef from Sabadell, with Mark Q.

As for types of production, there are a total of 43 producers local estates that have the label (Catalan Council organic farming), and the Bread of Saint Julian

with PI (Integrated Production).

Cabbage paperina

The form is oval.

The leaves have a pointed ending.
