  2. Umirs Europe Kft. • Umirs Europe is a Hungarian-Russian firm developing and manufacturing professional perimeter security devices. Its main markets are Europe, the Middle East and Africa, but since 2012 the Hungarian company has supplied the Russian parent company, too. • New manufacturing facilities (scheduled to open at the end of 2012): 8.000 m2 of land and a 2.500 m2 building. Production capacity: 20.000 pairs/year. • Parent company: JSC UMIRS, in Penza (Russia); • Markets: Russian Federation and most of the former SU countries. • Umirs Asia (Turkmenistan).

  3. The first models assembled in Hungary • Radon-50-100-200-300 • RadonPCR-50-100-200-300 • RadonMR-50-100-200-300

  4. Comparing Radon and Predix Predix Radon • Min:4m width of clear-zone required • Operating frequency:10,5GHz • Settings are difficult to apply • Stand-alone operation (not addressable) • 4 different operating frequencies • Analog settings and operation • Max:2m width of clear-zonerequired; less than 1m width of detection-zone, even at 400 meters • Operating frequency: 24GHz (via German high-frequency module, designed especially for Umirs) • Easy graphical programming interface with built-in“pause” function • Addressable (max: 256 pairs) • 250 operating frequencies, in 1MHz steps • Digital settings and operation

  5. Predix • Based on the experience of more than 1.000 installations world-wide, Umirs and Umirs Europe have developed this professional, digital outdoor detector • To use all of its features and possible settings, PC software (included) is required • It’s possible to make general settings with an (optionally available) palm programmer • Two different housing shapes: • Round: 50-100m models • Long oval: 200m-300m-400m models • Junction box is optional

  6. Predix- Technical specifications: • Power supply voltage:9-36 Vdc • Current: 200mA • Operating frequency range:24.0GHz…24.25GHz • 250 different operating frequencies (max. 25 per site recommended) • Extreme protection against radiofrequency interference • Operating distances: 50m-100m-200m-300m-400m (depending on model) • Automatic settings based on distance • Addressable devices (transmitter/receiver) • 256 available addresses • RS485 programming protocol • Set-up/adjustment by PC(signal display in “real time” mode) • Easy set-up/adjustment • English/Hungarian/Russian-language software (Romanian will be available in April) • Internal memory • Operating temperature:-40 to +65 C
