  2. Funded by FL Department of Transportation. Data in FGDL is used for FDOT’s environmental permitting process – ETDM. Data is checked regularly for updates (approximately quarterly). Each data layer includes FGDC metadata. Data is harvested monthly by the Geospatial One-Stop – geodata.gov Florida Geographic Data Library

Parcel Derived Layers Parcels Dissolved By Decade Of Actual Year Built Layer Name: YB_DECADES_DX_2007 Abstract: This dataset contains parcels dissolved by the decade of the actual year built for each respective parcel polygon. Parcel boundaries and parcel attribute information including actual year built was obtained from the Florida Department of Revenue's tax database. Actual Year Built for each parcel polygon represents the original year that the structure / building on the property was built. Effective Year Built represents the last date which the structure / building was updated / renovated, etc.

Parcel Derived Layers Generalized Land Use Layer Name: DX_LU_GEN_2007 Abstract: This dataset contains generalized land use derived from parcel specific land use for Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 1. The original 99 land use classes from the parcel data have been collapsed into 15 generalized classes.
