  2. ANOPR RM07-19 and AD07-7 • FERC has issued an Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANOPR) requesting comments on four areas: • Improving Demand Response • Increasing Long-term Power Contracting • Market Monitoring Policies • ISO Relations

  3. NEPOOL Response • NEPOOL Officers have requested ad-hoc committee prepare reply comments. • Describe where ISO/NEPOOL are already compliant with FERC recommendations. • Provide additional comments, where NEPOOL is able to reach consensus.

  4. Schedule • July 16 MC discussion • July 24 Joint meeting with NECPUC/ISO (Westwood) • July 27 NEPOOL WG meeting (Boston) • August 1 PC vote • August 16 File Comments
