  2. You have some very tough decisions to make. Sometimes you will have to fire employees because you are the boss.

  3. You know what I mean. Give them the ax, the boot, the sack, or can them. Hand them their marching orders, a pink slip, or walking papers. You will give notice, lay off, discharge, or terminate employment. You will have to fire some employees.
