Sulphide Historical Indicated Estimate of 12mm tonnes @ 1.72%. Sulphide Historical Inferred Estimate of 12mm tonnes @1.47%. Oxide Cap drilling program nearing completion- approx 10300 meters. Land package size 403 hectares

  7. Mokambo Oxide Drill Program Initial results - 3.143% Cu over 4.58 meters and 1.23% Cu over 13.82 meters. Cobalt - .036% over 3.67 meters. Oxide drill program to be completed by end March 2008.

Sebembere Mine • Developed by Geomin in 1970’s –completed a 10,700 drill program – completed a feasibility study. • Historic Estimate of 16.3 m/t @1.61% Cu. • Geological Structure is Sebembere Syncline. • Exploratory shaft to 37 meters. • Potential for oxide cap. • Located 21km north west of Kabwe, Zambia.

  9. Other ICS Assets. ICS will earn 76% interest in the Musoshi Tailings- DRC- in JV with MMK. ICS has a 73.5% interest in Bayombwe Concession -DRC(PR7248). ICS has 73.5% interest in 2 “gold” concessions (PR 599 and PR 600) approx 60 sq kms) near Sakania District, Kipushia, DRC.
